Ben is a Certified Personal Trainer originally based in New York. He has worked with a multitude of fitness clients since 2010 and spent the next 4 years traveling the country. He currently trains college athletes at Jacksonville University.
Ben specializes in strength and power development, sport-specific training, weight loss and injury prevention as well as balance, mobilization and stabilization. He enjoys molding his training philosophy and joined the Mobile Kneads community to apply his exercise strategies to interested individuals.
